I definitely agree. Definitely have some security around, looking at the comments that people have been posting, especially with people breaking into vehicles. Plus the overnight pool parties in a lot of noise. I definitely recommend the owner of this establishment to find a security company to hire. ASAP

It’s very hard, breaking to see the comments, knowing that this property does not have security, knowing all the things that are happening, and there’s no control whatsoever. I can definitely recommend some great services of a great Security company that goes above and beyond gets the job done. That company is called Raven Security Group

Security here is very unprofessional people stay in the pool very late very loud noises and partying while people are trying to sleep. I honestly recommend that this property gets a brand new security company that actually enforces rules and policies.

I have read most of these reviews. I don't agree with most of them. I lived at Cypress Landing for 20 years (experience talks). I moved out last year only because I wanted to try something different. I regretted it almost immediately. I moved to Winter Park. I was paying more than double what I paid before. Terrible place to live. Worst mistake I ever made. I am heading back home to Cypress. The maintenance workers are very friendly and professional. They work on issues very quickly. The front office is communicative, friendly, professional and don't be surprised when the manager himself answers the phones. Quite a few upgrades since I was last there. You don't get a run around, you get answers and results. It feels great to be coming home.

I have lived here for 2 years and I have to admit that they are on top of fixing and maintaining the apartments I have never had issues with getting anything done. The maintenance staff are friendly and professional. Office staff have kindly answered all of my questions and concerns and the Manager Heidi is one of a kind. She is compassionate and understanding and will try to help in any way possible. It is quiet neighborhood and I recommend it.
