James at Custom Mortgage Lending Group was able to get me approved for a Jumbo mortgage at a lower rate than the 3 other banks and lenders I had gotten quotes from. He was the only lender who was able to get my loan approved because I do not have a long credit history. His ability to get quotes from a couple dozen different lenders gives him a significant advantage over traditional banks to get his clients the best rate out there. I will end up saving tens of thousands of dollars over the life of my mortgage because James took the time to shop around for the best rate.
