We've worked with Custom Homes over the past 2 years and it's been a great experience. We've worked with other contractors over the years and the folks at cutom truly raised the bar for our expectations. We had an old, sagging garage built on a failing foundation that custom replaced for us with a new, 2-story garage that is the envy of the neighborhood. They also replaced the siding on our haouse as a part of the project. We appreciated that they were willing to work with us to figure out a few things that couldn't be anticipated until we actually broke ground on the project. We knew we were likely to run into a sewer line and some other issues along the way that would add work to the project. We are newbies in the home ownership world and had a mid-century that needed A LOT of TLC. Our main concerns were quality and communication. Shane and the Custom team have are great to work with. They are very transparent on pricing, offer lots of guidance, and are very responsive/accountable. They have great tracking (savvy app and financial reviews) and I would definitely use them again.
