Their company is oddly broken into subunits, which seem to not want to communicate with one another. Their websites are ancient and doesn't provide a lot of detail. When inquiring for further information, expect a few weeks for them to get back to you. Then once that happens any local builders have exclusive areas to work in, which means you don't get a say in who you work with. That I can understand a little, but when everything is done via phone and email is shamed, it's not professional in the least. This seems to be a company stuck in 1983 expecting the world to change around them. So, if you're local, and you have previous experience vetted by another customer, maybe give them a shot. Everything with my house is horrible. Vinyl is wavy, windows and doors are drafty because they didn't use foam so my windows have shifted. The job that has been done is poor and never done right. New window was replaced and i have a gap in my windows. My house is freezing. Roof looks horrible. They dont even know how to install j channels right on window and doors. Had already mold growing on plywood on exterior when vinyl siding was removed. Screens are following apart. Bought this through beans and what a headache. House was crained a year ago and still have alot to be fixed. Material are cheap. No insulation in walls or atleast very little. My walls are cold. Cabinets came damaged. They only fixxed one.
