Cushman & Wakefield Management Office

I am reaching out to Cushman and Wakefield Management Team on an ongoing work order that has not been resolved for about 11 months which I had reached to the assistant property manager. My bathtub and sink need serious re-surfacing/repair and I have been given all manner of excuses. As of August of 2023, I was told that due to so many renovations in the property, it would take a while. Then I was told by the maintenance team that I have to keep reminding them by going to the leasing office and the most recent excuse is that it has to be approved by the corporate office. I have submitted a work order, reached out via phone, sent an email, and stopped by the leasing office. All they do is they keep closing my work orders that it has been resolved when nobody came into the apartment to work o

*they are still contacting me and obviously choose not to stop UNTIL THEY ARE SUED* One of their properties Chroma Park has allowed their tenants to use my personal information for 3 years after I moved out. I moved out over 3 years ago and they continue send me email updates about maintenance which not only HARASSES ME, but it’s illegal because no one should be using ANY of my personal information for a place I do not live. I have emailed this company/office after repeatedly telling the complex to remove my information out of the system. They claim they will yet STILL keep not only contacting me with updates but still allow their residents to illegally use my personal information. This company/office doesn’t return emails but will HAVE to answer a lawsuit. There’s no way it’s lega

I have been a resident at The Falls of Sope Creek in Marietta, Ga for almost 5yrs and have experienced a deterioration of management services over the buildings and repairs to units that management does not care about. When asking management to return important papers required for rental assistance it’s not being turned in and then they place an eviction on your credit report and more fees to file the eviction. I just want to feel like the complex values me as a tenant and willing to do their part in assisting me in working out rental issues.

This company take over slum location and attempt to revamp it to no avail. Been writing them for a while now with no responds. The complex at Haverly @ Stone Mountain is HORRIBLE tenants throw trash everywhere and the leasing office seems to not care, when you report the concerns of the complex, the agents act concerns while you are in the office but nothing get done about what you reported it seems to get worse. DO NOT RENT HERE can't wait til my lease is up. The reason I haven't left is, I do not want abandonmen on my credit when trying to rent at a better complex or house

Worst company to EVER rent from. Super unfair add charges for things they are not supposed to . Won't except vouchers without hitting you with a 200 + late fee . Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
