actually terrible. They are extremely money hungry. They turn off the heat throughout the day and only turn it on for a few hours a night. Superintendent was able to adjust the heat until new owner decided to put a box on thermostat. They are Always avoiding phone calls and can never answer question properly. This place is absolutely terrible now. And the girl Danielle who answers the phone finally called me back since August but to tell us that we have to vacate the apartment since a family member died. So you can call to say that but cant call when I had regular questions in August

Cushman and Wakefield are crooks. Completely dishonest and no accountability. Very disappointed after working with them.
