If I could give zero stars I would, I was mistreated , disrespected, and insulted by Asia at Sugar Creek Apartments today .I went inside to ask about the 3 bedrooms because my lease ends May 13th. I recorded a 5 min video of her insults and her behavior and her justifying her behavior with “I don’t feel good today “. I only made a comment saying “wow I didn’t know Sugar was apart of Cushman and Wakefield “ and she said “you coming in here with secret motives” I said “no I’m not I just didn’t know sugar creek was apart of cushman “ and she went on to tell me that I smell like weed and I look high, I had just left Arbor Acres after completing a pressure washing contract . I have 2 month old twin babies that I breast feed and she decided to accuse me of doing drugs . I would never want to

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CROOKS! We had a small commercial construction company and they ripped us off so bad it destroyed our lives completely. Never paid us for almost 50k in work and 20k in material. It’s company’s like this that are RUINING the market!

Reached out via the form on their website about an issue I’m having at one of their properties and no one made an attempt to get in contact with me regarding the issue. EDIT: Was contacted shortly after review was written. Representative reached out and helped resolve ongoing I had going with the complex.
