Incredibly poor customer service. Lack of communication. Amenities are not taken care of. Please see the pictures of not one but two apartments we rented from them. Neither were taken care of and then they had the audacity to charge me for $150 painting touch up fee when their maintenance man advise me to hang a picture over the missing paint. I strongly advise not recommending from any property that is managed by Cushman and Wakefield.

I think it’s very interesting that their property managers lack legal knowledge of tenant laws. Under NRS 118A.345, If you are a victim of stalking and/or DV, your move out fees are waived with receipt of the events that occurred. I was told by the property manager at the Douglas at Stonelake to try to put my 60 days in and “pray about it”. I was also told to refer to their “security” (weak, inefficient) if I need help. This is not a sufficient or even legally correct answer.

They are by far the worst, most incompetent management company I've ever had to deal with. The site they own, Renaissance Villas on W. Tropicana Ave. has a turn over rate in staff that is ridiculous. No One answers the phone or responds to emails. They claim they do not work 7 days a week even though I would only try to communicate during the business hours of operation listed on their website. All they do is lie and take your money. I have had to speak with 3 managers to try and get a maintenance request fulfilled since the day I moved in. It's going on 3 months and the problems have yet to be resolved. They also have been charging me extra electricity fees because their office claims that the energy company didn't have my address on file and I had to call and fix it. they charged me when

This Property Management Company is probably the least attentive and dismissive of any I have previously encountered. I lived in this complex for 4 years while it changed ownership 3 times. Be advised that the staff itself breaks all community guidelines and shows no interest in the needs of the tenants following your sign on on the dotted line. They lose documents constantly and fail to follow through on any requests. Steer clear of any prop we rty owned by the company Cushman and Wakefield. The corporation also does absolutely nothing when being contacted and fails to return any inquiries and / or messages left. I recommend that you find another option that does not allow yourself to become entangled in such unacceptable dynamics, thus leading to further difficulties. Someone should chec

Since this company has taken over my condo complex everything has gone down hill. Nothing gets done, maintenance requests remain opened for months. No one answers the phone, no replies to emails. This property used to be great, now it’s poorly run. Unacceptable! Oh but also they have no problem increasing rent and fees. I will absolutely not live in ANY property managed by this company again. I saw that a condo building I was interested in moving to was now run by this company as well, and now that building is off my list! Heck to the NO! They should be ashamed of themselves.
