Curtis Cofield II Estates

Hi Curtis cofield townhouses is full of crap. When I first got here a property manager T.J had me sign a lease for one amount locked in for a year, They shortly fired her and now they are harassing all the tenants to pay more rent or to fix her mistakes which is not fair. We still don't have our washer and dryer and I don't think they are going to give it to us because everything here is electric and they are being cheap. This is not the tenants fault and as I understand you cannot change a binding contract or lease until a year is up. Now I'm stuck in a situation because they claim I owe 3000 plus for T.J mistake. Whatever she did they adopted her mistakes which falls on the new management. If I do not get a washer and dryer by the end of this year I will be putting in my own. They clim i

I love my apartment unfortunately my cars been stolen twice…. I tried to speak with the staff but she stopped me before I could get into the office because she needed time to get settled! I’m still waiting to hear from them! It’s definitely not safe here

I’ve been renting with them since May. The company has been very on top of maintenance inside the units and even outside ! I have been working with the property manager , Tiffany, from the beginning and she has been VERY helpful and on top of things ! The atmosphere and environment is safe which is a plus considering I have two young children , with one on the way ! I absolutely love it at Curtis Cofield and have no complaints !!

I want to clarify that it's incredibly hard to get in touch with Curtis cofield. While I understand there busy I want to know if me and my mom are accepted. Her name is Yvonne Halloway best to reach us at the numbers we have on file plus my email on file. I want to believe this is a good place but it's looking like they might ignore us please reach out to us with some form of a update. My mom even went down in person to give you guys full information even though I sent everything through email and fax.

they have miscalculated income 3 times (emails to prove ) sent apologies gave my daughter a move in date of 4/15 requested my daughters income again ( shes per diem) said she worked an average of 64hrs a week ( she works 30 -32 in 2 week period) i stepped in corrected it even highlighting it shows 0 for pay ( its just to keep track of weekend /shift hrs ) they told her they would correct it …. multiple emails and txts have gone ignored and left on read …. since 4/1 ….. we have all the texts and emails …. the communication is horrible….because i almost feel as if they are pushing out income driven rent just to place more work force based rent ……
