I had a very stressful experience with this place and thought the landlord was very rude and inconsiderate towards me. I needed a place to stay near where I worked until I was able to find a home. I endured a scorpion infestation, rotting sewage smell coming from the shower drain, and a neighbor that would constantly spy on me. I let the landlord know about the scorpions and smell with minimal care and help provided to me. 6 months into my stay I found a home and was excited to leave this place as you can imagine. I thought the landlord would be understanding and comp my last 6 months since it was a 1 year contract, but she was very money hungry and I ended up having to pay the security deposit along with 3 months rent. I understand a contract is a contract but damn have a little compassio
