Nasty! I cannot stress you enough about the roaches. They appear EVERYTIME I turn off a light. And don’t get me started on when I go on vacation! There’s dead roaches everywhere! My daughter started crying because she doesn’t want to sleep because of the roaches crawling around! The building always smells like weed or marijuana. The cabinets weren’t cleaned properly when we moved here. I can tell the walls weren’t repainted when we moved in. Paint chips everywhere! Building management doesn’t even handle the rent good! One time I paid in cash and they added to another persons rent🤦🏾‍♀️. We had to switch to money orders so we could have receipts so they couldn’t mess it up again. So far the worst experience ever! Management, and staff are extremely rude, no issues get resolve, they cleaning of the place is so poor, it looks like you are living in the street, infestations all over including inside the apts, employees do not get material to work, all they have is a rotten mop which they used to mop all over, spiders webs, cockroaches, perimeter dirty al all times, I never experience so much rudeness from people who work at customer service, this place is hell, please do your self a favor and don’t rent here On my end I will make sure to post this all over media to stop people from coming to this hell Locks broken, allowing anyone to come in, and even with your safety and your family at risk they do not care

It all comes down to the people, there's roaches because people keep trash in their apartment they come out with large black bags that don't fit down the chute if everyone took out their trash more often that would resolve that issue. I don’t have roaches and cunningham provides an exterminator if needed. Let's talk about the tenant's who don't pick up their dogs mess again it comes down to the people. Management has always addressed any concerns or issues i brought to their attention. Parking is issue all over NYC . The maintenance staff work very hard they shouldn't have to clean up behind your dogs or take out your trash. No matter where you live, it all comes down to the people around you.

BEWARE !! Just Dont move here ! i dont even know where to start …. Cameras “ not working “ so whenever any damage is done to your property they “cant help “ no matter the amount of times , bugs everywhere! … garbage over flowing … buildings are literally falling apart their so old ! not to mention outdated ! but they have no problem raising the rent LOL coincidentally .. NEVER any parking i mean NEVER and they expect you to pay an additional 150$ ontop of the rent just for a spot in the garage where damage is still being done to peoples property .. only thing this complex is consistent with is reaching out for a payment ! Tenure doesnt matter either & oh before i forget ! All they do is repaint over the damages so you will more than likely have to reach out AGAIN and take ANOTHER day off
