I recently toured a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment and had a wonderful experience, thanks to Ashayla. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and professional throughout the entire tour. She took the time to thoroughly explain the layout, amenities, and leasing process, and she answered all of my questions with patience and clarity. Ashayla made the apartment feel inviting and highlighted features I might not have noticed on my own. Her friendly and genuine attitude made the experience comfortable and stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service and would highly recommend asking for Ashayla if you’re considering touring the property! I will definitely be applying!

So far been living in the apartment for 3 months, and I love it as my first home! Any issues I go straight to the office and they handle immediate. Always communicate and fix quick. Also love Destiny, she’s professional yet so friendly, honestly handles all my issues with care!

I personally liked the apartment and we were going to move in before they made us apply for a third party guarantor that wanted us to give them 900$ that was non-refundable for a service we didnt need or want. The amount is based off credit and myy husband and i have good credit so being forced to pay a high amount THEN pay rent and utilities is crazy. I rather just pay a refundable security deposit and get penalize for not paying my rent instead of paying 900$ JUST IN CASE i cant pay my rent. Really disappointing.

I love the luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed my attention to your Apartment community. If I could give this complex no stars I really want yall to really hear my review, I Moved into this townhome complex in May 2025 and this has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had! Considering the rent is nearly $2,000 a month. For that price, the living conditions and management are very much unacceptable. Definitely not renewing my lease. First off, the gate to the complex is broken which defeats the entire purpose of having a-gated community. Safety clearly isn’t a priority here.The leasing office is almost never available, and trying to get someone on the phone is exhausting having to call back to back and then walk into the leasing office and they’re sitting there and ignoring calls is crazy, or they’ll say they’ll “make a note” and never follow up.
