Cumberland Manor Apartments

I have lived here with my parents for about a year now and I’ve had a pretty good experience, good management, amazing crew, and clean apartments from what I’ve seen, however I must note that there are lots of times where people will try to come after me and my parents, very minimal people but none the less, I also must note that a lot of people here smoke weed or do drugs and drink (drinking is fine and normal obviously) but I don’t think there’s a whole lot of racial discrimination (I am a white male) and nobody really bothers you as long as you don’t talk to anyone or piss someone off, I will say that Jorge from the maintenance crew is always helpful and easy going, I love this place but some things could be fixed, If you are thinking of living here, I wouldn’t say it’s a bad place to l

Good morning, First let me address if you are considering moving into this complex pass them by. Most tenants suspect they are being targeted due to the color of our skin for years from this place. Initially when moving in we asked tenants their reviews, and most said they steal, and don’t care about you. Danielle Hallbrook will pick & choose how they want to charge the tenants , and favorite tenants they want to exclude specifically predominantly of one race. Am of mixed race so no way shape form , or fashion can I be prejudice. They ran us away from the first year we stayed until we could move, and now we are gone they are lying on our rental history paperwork. I absolutely enjoy living here. The maintenance is great. You have a problem. It’s fixed they waste no time getting things done. It’s also a great place to raise a family. I would give this place. 10/10 I would definitely recommend anybody to move here and get the same experience we have had

The property is so nice and clean. The office staff is unbelievable. Always so friendly and goes above and beyond to answer any questions. The location is great and I highly recommend for anyone looking in the Clarksville area!

Office personal is friendly and the maintenance is pretty good with keeping up with orders! Jorge is always willing to try answering any maintenance questions you may have.
