If I could give Rene more than 5 stars, I would! I had been struggling with my heat not working for a while and finally went to the office to report it. Within minutes, Rene was at my door ready to help. He diagnosed the issue immediately and went above and beyond by replacing the necessary part on the spot. He even took the extra time to educate me and show me exactly what to do if the issue ever recurs. It is rare to find someone so dedicated to their work and so genuinely helpful to residents. His customer service is top-notch, and I am incredibly grateful to have had this resolved with such high-quality, same-day service. Thank you, Rene!

Between the attentiveness in the office to the time taken to help set up my lease this complex has been able to allow me to feel at home. The property manager Tejuna has been diligent in ensuring I fit the proper terms of the complex as well as making sure everything was up to my liking, from signing to move in day she has gone above and beyond on her part truly making sure everything is up to the highest standards not only for my self but other residents as well! Being new to the community I have received nothing but action from her and her team ensuring all maintenance is past a traditional standard or to simple phone calls about some questions I may have, Tejuna has always been immediate to pick up the phone and if not returns the call back within 15 minutes or less. I want to give a very real shout-out to the new maintenance team — specifically René. Before he got here, our dishwasher had been a problem for months. Rusted racks, full of standing water, completely stopped working. The previous team never really handled it. Honestly, I didn’t expect much anymore. Then René showed up. He came out within 24–48 hours of the request, communicated clearly, and actually followed through — something rare in apartment maintenance these days. He assessed the situation, ordered a brand-new dishwasher, kept me updated the entire time, and installed it quickly once it arrived. What impressed me the most wasn’t just the work — it was the professionalism. He gave me his number, stayed in contact, didn’t disappear, and kept his word… all while being the only ma

I had the best time viewing these apartments. Jaionna told me so many great things about the community, we discussed furniture placement and the schools around the area. I was so impressed with how detailed Jaionna was. And her smile is radiant. We are still thinking about where to live, when we move to San Antonio, but this is a top contender.
