I moved to Culdesac because I genuinely believed in the vision they often share publicly — the idea of building walkable, mixed-use neighborhoods where “everyone wins” and residents feel more connected to their communities. The concept itself is beautiful, and the physical design of the space reflects that ambition. Many of the residents I met were kind, supportive, and genuinely embodied that sense of community. However, my personal experience with the management side of the property did not reflect the same values that Culdesac promotes in its messaging. During my time there, most of my interactions regarding administrative matters were with Macennah White, part of the management team. I had a great experience here. The employees working here are super friendly and welcoming. They are knowledgeable about the area too. The office is small but clean. Accessible entrance and right by the light rail; there's no off-street parking I could see, but I do see they have some parallel parking spots along the street.
