Crystal At Cascade

I love hosting community events at this location. The assistant property manager Mr. Jason Johnson stepped in to the previous assistant manager shoes and has continued to make sure the residents receive excellent customer service as well as bring in community partners to offer services and events to tenants.

Property manager is amazing very understanding and caring. You put work orders in there on top of it. They send out emails giving updates on the community. I live in this community from 2016 to 2019. Left Georgia once I return to Georgia. I immediately contacted the community to see if I can return. and they welcomed me with open arms . 24 hour. Maintenance is amazing. Front desk receptionist is amazing “One thing I can say about crystals at Cascade apartments it is not just an apartment complex, it’s a family oriented community ,we look out for one another. If there is one place you wanna call Home it’s definitely Crystal at Cascade Apartments

This is the most family oriented apartment complex, everyone is nice to everyone and looks out for each other ! And our property manager is personal involved with the family’s in the complex ! Which make it feel even more tight knit, She definitely the best ! This apartment complex is always safe ! The maintenance workers always come and fix things quickly ! And shout out the front office for just always being involved with the little community we live in !♥️ they are all great people.

Where do I start. First, I have been living in the complex since 2016 & I am still here. The area is close to everything I need and my job. The complex has been up graded and is a awesome place to stay. The management/ rent office personnel team goes above & beyond. Maintenance does a great job as well no long waiting period to fix anything. Come check this community out. You'll love it here like I do. I have to be honest. I have been staying here now going on 4 years & when I say that mi place of residence here has been the most peaceful place that I've have ever lived seriously and when it's come to the residence, community and staff seriously there concerns to keep people living a peaceful and comfortable stay here is beyond appreciate and is just only 1 of the many great things they do to insure their residents live well here. The staff is always showing that they are a team that when working together as a team anything can get done and will be done.Its a real family over here! I dare you come see for yourself!
