Crowntree Lakes

I Lived here for 6 years but recently they been moving weird people into the complex. A new tenant try to block me at my gate entrance not letting me in because he assume I did not live there after I was checking my mail and I threaded along behind him to catch the gate .. as I had to swerve around him he opens his window and muffled fingered me and we exchange some words. Later to realize I live in the building across. When I saw him outside we exchanged words him and his wife ran out the car literally trying to chase me in a building screaming the question “ do you even live here” I think these weirdos think they own the building. I have a new neighbor as well who makes so much noise and the domestic violence and weed smoking in the pool , I’ll be leaving there hopefully wen my lease up!

Bridgette was an amazing help ! She was able to help my boyfriend and I transition into our new home so smoothly. I’m loving the community and the support from the staff. I’m so happy to have chosen Crowntree but most importantly overjoyed to have met someone like Bridgette who truly cares about the happiness of the residents.

Some people might look at it as an apartment complex, but I looked at Crowntree Lakes as my home for more than three years. First and foremost, I would like to thank Natalie Davis for always giving the GREATEST CUSTOMER SERVICE regardless of the circumstances. Natalie has a very welcoming spirit to everyone she may come in contact with. Natalie is honest, loyal, authentic and very respectful. Natalie made it her business to constantly check on all her tenants during the COVID-19 pandemic. Everything was so overwhelming for some people however, Natalie always go the extra mile to ensure everyone was well taken care of. I’m definitely going to miss Crowntree Lakes and their amazing staff. Last but not least, I would like to give a round of applause to all the maintenance guys who continue to

Bridgette is AMAZING! She helped find exactly what we needed. She is super friendly and was always more than happy to help answer any questions we had. We love our new home!! Thank you for everything Bridgette!!

It's a great place. Apartments are beautiful, it's quiet and safe. Gated need access to come in. Beautiful surroundings and in a great area close to many things
