Been living here for over a month now and it has been great! Maintenance was fast too. Dryer had lint clogged and dryer ALSO had a loud buzzer sound 10 minutes before it went off, and then again before it was done. I fixed both of those problems myself pretty easily and have had no issues since! Not a fan of the light switch covers, but you can easily take them off and put them back when lease is up and it will be fine haha. Also feels very safe to be at! Didnt get to use the pool yet but that was a plus, and need to check out the gym

By far the most unprofessional experience in trying to find a place to rent. I booked a tour several weeks in advance as we live out of state. We showed up and no one was there- called the number and they blamed the "AI" system and asked if we could come back in an hour. We had time, so we agreed. We came back, they weren't even prepared to do a tour. Immediately asked me what size apartment we needed- I told them, then they said "we dont have any available right now". Then proceeded to give a whole bs excuse about their new AI system not sending thema notification for their tours. They never confirmed who I was and that I booked a tour. Overall, a terrible experience and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They need to get more organized.

I have not enjoyed my stay at these apartments, and my lease is ending on 1/04. One of the main issues I experienced was my A/C going out for a week and a half during the middle of summer. We had to wait on maintenance and management to order a replacement and have it installed, which is unacceptable given the extreme heat. What made the situation even worse was being told by the maintenance worker that the A/C units are over 25 years old and receive no preventative maintenance they are simply replaced when they fail. This was extremely concerning since I have a 2-year old child. The temperature inside the apartment was consistently over 95 degrees, making it unsafe to stay. Because of this, we had to stay elsewhere and pay out of pocket while still being responsible for rent. I reached

Moved in and everything is perfect . Freshly painted and cleaned. The house I left was not cleaned before I moved in. This place OMG awesome. Staff is great. I believe we are going to love it here. Snickers loves the off leash dog park. Can't wait to meet other tenants. So far everyone seems really nice and pleasant. Thank you

Really enjoy living here. Main office and maintenance is very responsive. Apartment was spotless when I moved in. Very affordable for longer term contracts!
