Crowne at One Seventy

We’ve had an absolutely wonderful experience living here over the years—this community truly feels like home. The staff is exceptional: friendly, responsive, and genuinely caring, always going above and beyond to make residents feel valued. The facilities are well-maintained, clean, and offer great amenities, and we’ve always felt safe and comfortable throughout the property. We couldn’t recommend this apartment complex more highly to anyone looking for a welcoming, well-run place to live.

If you are thinking about moving to Crowne at 170, please take the time to read this review. My wife and I moved to Bluffton due to a job change and were completely unfamiliar with the area. It was short notice, and we were struggling to find a place to live when someone I knew locally recommended Crowne at 170. From the very beginning, Jeanie and Talitha were amazing. They helped my wife and me find the perfect unit in a short amount of time and made the entire process feel easy and stress free. They are kind, patient, and treat everyone they interact with with genuine respect. They are absolute rockstars and truly made our experience living here so special. 3/3/26 Update. Everything below is accurate but an 'attaboy' to management for addressing the issue. They had to wait until the contract agreement ran out but we have a new exterminator on site and they do their job. Not more bugs! Thank you! Great team; very nice residents; lots of dogs; well maintained and they respond to maintenance request next day; plenty of parking; single car attached and detached garages; quiet and away from traffic. Cockroaches. I’ve been finding and killing various sizes and types of roaches since 8/18/25. Hilton Head exterminator come almost weekly with no success. The office staff are exceptionally excellent! Jeanie was very attentive and accommodating when I initially moved. The unit itself is very spacious but cozy and comfortable. I feel safe living here with the added entry security. So far, it's been great! I'll consider Crowne at One Seventy for your next home.

We have lived at Crowne for 4 years and could not be happier. The staff, front office, maintenance, public safety officers are all beyond helpful and kind. They send out surveys and actually take the time to read them and address any issues you may have. The only bad thing that has happened to us was someone stole our doormat, and when I notified the office they purchased a replacement for us within a day or two. Glad to call this place our home.
