Chad & Tisha with Crown Ridge Homes have been wonderful to work with over the years. We moved into our second home they built for us in September 2024 and could not be happier. Everything turned out AMAZING! From floor plan design to certificate of occupancy, Chad was patient, understanding of our needs/desires, and provided us with invaluable guidance/suggestions throughout the build. Tisha always kept us aware of budget items and helped us save money whenever possible. Can’t thank them enough for another beautiful home. Looking forward to building the detached garage to match the house. Thank you!

From start to finish, Chad & Tisha were professional, reliable, and attentive to our needs. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and every detail was carefully thought out. My experience with crown ridge was awful. From the offer getting accepted until present day, approximately a year after. He used broken sheet rock and blamed us for it being broken, on the inside mind you where you can’t get to it unless you installed it. Still hasn’t fixed it. Broken can light in the kitchen. It took 8 months with about 40 text messages and phone calls before he sent someone out to fix it. Roof leaked after 6 months causing drywall damage to the master bedroom ceiling and wall. Patched the roof after 2 months of calls and texts with the leak getting worse the whole time. Now says the leak was our fault because his painters were on the roof and they caused it. Refusing to fix it and no longer will communicate with us. This behavior has been his normal so we weren’t really

We had a great experience buying our house and enjoyed the ease of communication even while having to finish our home from another country. Emails and calls were always answered in a timely manner!
