Crown Pointe Apartments

We have lived at this property since December of 21 and been through a few ownership changes. The previous owners upgraded the bathrooms and breezeways. The new owners came in and upgraded our kitchen sink, countertops, added a backsplash, refurbished the outdoor walkways and replaced all the external lighting fixtures. After this most recent change in ownership there is a dedicated team that is capable of handling repairs and management is very responsive to issues that affect QOL. As far as noise on the property, overall it's pretty quiet. You have to remember that this is an apartment community and people live above or below you and there will be noise here unlike in a standalone home. Started out as a nice quiet place but as time went on have seen that people are rude disrespectful and have no respect for you they park from other buildings in front of yours when there’s open spots in front of there’s have reported it and they don’t care but yet I pay rent for a apartment in a building and can’t park in front of it cause of people from other buildings so yeah that’s right not to mention if you get snowed in and dig your spot out and leave other people take the spot they have a lot of wrong people in there that have no respect for you or consideration of other neighbors just like your only aloud 2 vehicles per resident and I’ve reported it that people have multiples but once again don’t care and people with dogs that just let them run free don’t clean up after them but yo
