Crown Court Apartments

This place is horrible, worst staff and CTL management is a joke. Google it and read their wonderful reviews. They have a 1 STAR review and I am quickly finding this out. This place has a maintenance team who have spent more time in my apartment then me. I've been here only for 28 days now. I will get my deposit back through legal backing if needed. If you like having a hard time breathing due to excessive moisture in these apartments than this is the Hell Hole for you.

As far as customer service and treated with kindness by staff I give a good rating. Although this rating is for level of cleanliness and responsiveness. Took photos today of garbage area. The caution tape has been there for months. This is a normal day walking around the complex. Mailbox areas are also trashed. There’s 100s of apartments here being charged $1,000+ a month! The funds for upkeep are severely lacking. Another issue is people smoking on their patios and it coming into our apartments. My husband and I have complained numerous times about neighbors smoking, told leasing office and they only taped letters to the neighbors doors to remind them of the smoking policy. I was not able to view my apartment before move in, but instead was able to view the “show” apartment, which was really nice. I was very disappointed when I went into my apartment after signing the lease and getting my keys. The kitchen looks like it came out of the 90’s, with the very dated appliances and worn countertops. The floors looked cheap. They painted over all the doors and trim, making it look even cheaper. In apartment hunting I found way nicer places for cheaper than this place, they charge way too much for rent. I had my mail stolen and credit cards made in my name, the office then changed my keys and that stopped it, but shouldn’t they have been changed before I moved in? Don’t tell me they did change them, but the thieves just happened to know what mailbox they had the keys

I did get a call today about the issues I posted about. Hopefully the issues can be addressed. I forgot to add about the mail box areas. Consistently a mess. The cones are covering the broken lights, but one isn't covered. At least the wires are capped but heaven forbid a little kid get curious and take those caps off. I posted a photo of the torn off remnants of a sticker placed on a car slated for towing. you can see how long it's been there. The sticker used to be bright orange, now completely sun faded. Two rogue cones that have been lying here since the winter, maybe last fall even. The garbage, storage tubs and a suitcase are camping out behind some dumpster areas. I have been a resident here since 2020 in the same unit. I must say that I have enjoyed my stay here overall which is why I’m still here. I’ve always had great interactions with the office staff and maintenance team. They respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and office staff has always been friendly and helpful. I do have goals to buy my own house but in the meantime I will continue my stay here which I am on my fifth lease that I signed a few months ago. I would recommend living here if you are looking in the area.
