Be careful when doing any sort of business with these people. I was recently looking for a place to live. Put down a security deposit for one of their locations. Then I had some unforeseen circumstances happen, in which I had to fork out almost a grand in vehicle repairs/maintenance. Leaving me without being able to afford the first month’s rent at this location. I requested to have my security deposit back as I wouldn’t be able to come up with the funds by the move in date. No paperwork was ever signed either. They basically told me that they don’t care, and now they’re out money because of this. They said they’ll get to it when they get to it. It’s been over 2 weeks with no updates on the matter. Again, over circumstances I could not control. I wanted more than anything to move to their

The ONE thing which is always posted for potential renters, NEVER send money. Stupidly I sent 58.00 with my application; and "then" read the reviews. I absolutely knew better. Don't expect to get the money back. This is not good business on their part at all.

Brian don't care he cares for himself. Threw out senior.by Raise there rent outrageous. Steals .he comes in while your away. Takes my belongs.all gone. Didn't turn on heat til .a week before Christmas.. 2x housing got after them . Fire Department had them fix smoke detectors . So they dont' fix anything .. rain came in kitchen door. & bathroom window .& Toilet leak at base . They did Nothing.about it .

My husband and I (with our two toddlers) had an amazing time renting from crossroads for about 4 years. We truly don’t have any complaints. Chelle and Brian were amazing! They were reachable any time we needed anything and were always a pleasure. When it came time to move they tried to help and we really appreciated it. We were sad to part ways with them but would live in one of there properties again. 10/10 would recommend. Thank you for everything.

I have been with them for about 6 yrs and for what I pay in rent. I can't complain. But I had alot of issues with this company. When i moved here. The house was never painted there was cracks on the walls. Took 3 yrs to put a new kitchen, took about 5yrs to replace and fix the main roof. I called them and ask them if i can paint the house and they let me. Also I never had no issues with Brian or Shelly cause they are very reasonable to work with. They are kind and respectful towards me. When I had issues with this home they called in and done the paper work and got maintenance to come over to get things done. Also there are some more work needs to be done to this home that im renting from. Hopefully it can get done. So i can give it 4 stars
