Crossroads at Elm Creek

Overall, this is a decent place to live. The apartments are spacious, and the location is very convenient to the Maple Grove area. Most residents are friendly and respectful, though, like any apartment community, there are a few individuals who can make things difficult. The maintenance team is responsive and does a solid job maintaining the property. Unfortunately, the experience with the management company has been disappointing. After moving out, I was informed that my security deposit had been mailed, but management could not verify the address it was sent to only referring vaguely to the “address provided.” After multiple follow-ups, I was eventually told the check had been returned to their corporate office in Colorado. It has been lovely staying at Crossroads at Elm Creek! The staffs have been pleasant to reach out to and great service! Love that it’s near a park trail and in a pretty quiet neighborhood! The halls are kept clean and neighbors are pleasantly quiet being next to each other. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a decent and quiet home.

Within the time I’ve been at Crossroads at Elm Creek, staff has always been welcoming and friendly! Quick to respond, always accommodating, and always great service. The shared spaces, hallways, and garage is always kept clean. No complaints! Will still be staying here for a while and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice quiet home a little bit out but still close to central Maple Grove.

Me and my husband have lived here for about a year now and the apartment itself is lovely and spacious. Though a few minor things like no outside ventilation, in terms of when cooking it can get very smoky. Not a problem you can always crack open a door but we have had a wasp/bee problem since last summer which hasn’t really gotten resolved (it’s summer I get it) so we can’t really open a door 😂. But other than that the staff is amazing and helpful! Maintenance gets done in a timely manner, Sometimes we think no one else lives next to us because it’s always so quiet, but everyone is just respectful. Except sometimes people don’t clean up after their animals which can get kinda annoying. Other than that we enjoy it here!

I love living here. The management team is always so helpful and kind. They take time to listen and patiently answer my questions. They work hard to make it feel like home. Thank you!
