Lived here for a good few months, always pay rent on time. No real issues but the manager is no help when I reported black mold they said "clean it" and get what you can't so j did that and I called them and they haven't fixed it in months now, also my tag is out on my car but I still use it everyday and now they're threatening to tow it as if I don't use it, I don't understand why they decided to make it their problem it's not hurting anyone it just seems like it's to make my life more difficult

They don't notify before entering. They don't leave a note or give any notice before pest or visits and entered while we were away. They left the door unlocked for anyone to get in and hurt our animals. I am so not okay with this and hope everyone avoids this place

It may be the cheapest place in NWA but you truly get what you pay for here. My HVAC was broken for 2 years and they told me I could not install a window unit and called me a liar before replacing the entire unit a week after leaving us a “Notice of Non-renewal”. Maintenance requests are a joke and MIGHT be gotten to in 1-2 business WEEKS. My fridge broke, ruining all of my food and it took them a week before bringing a new one; which they just left on the front porch blocking both mine and my neighbors’ doors leaving my boyfriend to swap to two fridges out and proceeded to try and charge me $100 for not waiting on maintenance to swap my fridge. When they replaced my water heater, they tore up the hardwood flooring near the utility closet and left it unattached to the floor. Finally, the

❗️do not even think about moving here❗️Everything is moldy and has water damage. I called maintenance to come fix my washer, my dryer, my air conditioning, etc. and all I got told by the Maintenance man Was “oh yeah I live here too and mine are the same way” when my dishwasher wouldn’t even allow soap to escape the soap compartment!!! Also was told they would come “finish scraping the popcorn ceiling and finish cleaning” which never happened EITHER!! Far from a clean friendly professional environment! I encourage you to keep looking!

DO NOT RENT HERE! I broke my lease early and they told me I had until the 28th of January to vacate. I moved to another city and came back the weekend of the 26th to move my stuff out only to find the locks changed. When I called to see what was up they told me they had moved someone else in because I wasn’t there. They said they had a right to do so because there was no food of clothes in the apartment. THIS IS A LIE... I did have food in the fridge and cabinets. Worst of all, the maids “threw away” my $100 sleeping bag, my new boots, my text book, my mattress, my brand new knives, and my food. But oh, they saved my fishing poles because they thought I might “want them”. Of course I didn’t get my deposit back and a debt collecter is calling about the $1400 I now owe for breaking the lea
