This company provided me a quick and easy loan application process which was a huge help in the process of my purchasing a home! They are licensed in 5 states making my transition to another state seamless! They also answered all of my phone calls any time I had a question. I would give lower than one star but had to give one. Find another company that can prepare for closing ahead of time. Most of these people work from home and work little to none it seems. Plus they try to add services and make your closing cost higher Which equal more money for them not the best service for you.

I highly recommend using CrossCountry if you need a home loan. The people were great, they treated me well, and they provided a great rate. They followed up on all requests and were always on top of my paperwork. I will use them again if I ever need any mortgage services.

I wasn’t happy with the service I felt like we were just being played with.
