My experience renting from Cross was very pleasant. I only had one repair that needed fixing the 3 years I was there and that was a frozen/busted pipe. Cross contracted someone to fix it and I was very pleased. I paid my rent on time and it was no issues when I moved on to have my deposit returned, if I didn’t get a new job in Norfolk, I probably would still be renting there in Suffolk. - Happy Tenant 😀

I wish I could give 0 stars! The doors at the Kilby Shore apartment's are paper thin, a beaded doorway would provide more protection. My car was vandalized, I call the front office & some airhead answered & happily informed me that the security cameras are fake 😃 The doorknob to the building breaks once a month so can’t get in or out unless my boyfriend fixes it. The railing inside has been broken. I hope you believe & God, pray you don’t fall because the floor is slippery as hell & dirty all the time. Apply now!

Was a great company at first rented from them for 5 years. Became hard to reach unable to get repairs done! Not Professional at all as they lie just to try and please the renters. Will never recommend to anyone. Was great In the beginning and now they are very dishonest.

Cross Management has been responsive to our concerns as tenants for the last three years. When we call regarding maintenance, we receive calls usually within minutes from service providers. The young ladies in the office are always nice to us, and they even offer online payments that are reported to the credit bureaus.

I don’t know whether to call it not responsive or not Professional, but this is the second time I have applied for a rental...the first property I could not get in touch with anyone and when I finally did after filling out the application I send a copy of my ID in only to be told it’s rented. That was a waste of time and an application, second property I fill the application out and low and behold I don’t see it on the site anymore. The worker told me she needed proof that it was ok for me to pay the difference on the property. I email her and her response is it was rented out today. STOP wasting people’s time. You already knew you had someone to rent the house out to so why tell me to get proof first thing in the morning and have me go through all of that only to find out you’ve rented i
