Cross Keys and Woodridge Apartments

I definitely recommend this facilite to rent and live for a long term!!! The owners are not only so caring and focus for everything their clients need in the complex!!. But they offer events for certain dates and holidays!! They will host free events where they offer food music and games for children and today they hosted a free back school event for children!! There were cake music games and a lot of backpack notebooks crayons for all the people from the complex!. Thank you so much for all and definitely recommend this residential complex!!.

I have lived here for several years and really unable to move out until now. THERE IS NO MAINTENANCE - my stove has been out since JULY - it is mid-september now - DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!

I am new to lexington and this property was Amazing not only the price but everything they offer, onsite laundry and dog park is my favorite! Alicia was very sweet and truly took time to help me with my application and my situation! Office is a great envíronment since the moment you walk in , un like other offices in town !! Im looking forward to move in !!

If I could give this place negative stars I would. First of year not notified of change of owners. Of course after the holidays (I'm glad I was walking towards that way that day cuz we would've never known). No more flex to pay half rent and half at end of month. Now this horrible place has no one In the office. Not to mention the fact that Alicia is no help She promised blinds and other things 2 years here never got anything. And yes roaches yes homeless sleeping in our building the sign of law enforcement on patrol is about the funniest lie I've seen. And you know what DONT WRITE ME BACK A TYPICAL RESPONSE ITS ALL LIES AND B.S HOW DO U RUN A APARTMENT WITH NO ONE HERE!!!

The New property management team has done great changes to the property ! I got a great deal on a renovated unit and the leasing process was so smooth! Office staff was super friendly !!
