I’ve lived here for almost two years, and unfortunately the community has gone downhill in several ways. Maintenance requests take forever, communication is poor, and the level of helpfulness from the office has dropped significantly. It often feels like only a select group of residents get proper attention, while everyone else is brushed off. The environment in the office has become noticeably unprofessional and dismissive. The condition of the units hasn’t improved despite rent increasing by almost $100 every year. Windows are old aluminum frames that don’t close properly — in the winter I wake up with my throat burning from the cold air coming in, and in the summer the heat makes my place unbearable + electric bills through the roof.
