Chalet Village Townhomes

I have such a terrible experience with a Property Manager her name is Michelle Nguyer. Gave deposit to hold apt 69 I Chalet Village apartments in Aug for Oct 3 moving date, She cancelled my application 2 days before moving. I already had Lease Agreement signed. She was very rude,very disfunctional and no experience. I am still waiting on my full refund like she stated in her email. You can not reach her or anyone in Corporate by phone. Very disappointed . And I want to share pictures of the apartment 69 that she actually wanted me and my daughter move in in this discussed conditions. Looks like not enough maintenance staff to do the work.

Chalet Village has been my home since 2016. This community is a rare find. The schools across the street add the joyous laughter of kids in the summer time. The spring offers beautiful trees and tame wildlife. The convenience of the shops, restaurants, numerous parks, and airports within driving distance make this place perfect for my family. You will not find a community like this within 1000 miles. You should only move here if you’re planning to stay for years. The only thing that can make my family move is being able to buy a house in the area.

I have been waiting 4 years to say what I am about to say unsure about what retaliation there might be or otherwise so now that we have moved out and the security deposit check has cleared I'm ready to say what I have to say about Chalet Projects and Townhomes if u want somewhere to waste ur money roughly $2000 a month this is the place to be. We moved in July 2021 during the height of the pandemic. At that time the property was owned by another management company and Michelle Nguyen was the nastiest property manager I have ever dealt with sending emails about eviction almost weekly for the most frivolous things, like disturbing her during her lunch break. She's no longer there however that August our air conditioning stopped working and so the problems started not to mention we moved in s

I was very glad to move in this complex. Apartment complex is very peacefull. Natalia Valkevych help us with filling documents and explained very understandeble all move in procces.

Natalia Cherniaeva is very helpful and attentive. helped us solve a problem in 2 days, where we struggled for 1 month and a half.
