Crofton Village Apartments

I have lived here for 12 months, 6 times I have had to go into the lease office to complain that I have been charged the incorrect amount on rent. From the beginning I provided proof of insurance and they accepted it with no issues I kept getting charged every month for insurance when I had an annual plan covering it. Constantly having to come in at inconvenient times to speak with someone and rehash the exact same situation providing proof of insurance multiple times. On my final month of rent at this terribly mismanaged complex I had a vacate date of 3/22. I paid a prorated rent for 3/1-3/22. It says in my lease I am vacating on 3/22 and will not have access to the apartment. They immediately charged my prorated rent for 3/1-3/22 then an additional rent charge for 3/23-4/1 when I physica

If you decide to live here, understand that if you chose one of the buildings parallel to Crain Hwy you WILL hear the traffic VERY CLEARLY at all times of the day. The windows do not suppress the sound at all. Currently renting a 2br unit. The 2nd bedroom is incredibly tiny. If you plan on having someone actually reside in the second bedroom, don't choose this place. The AC is incredibly loud and often jolts me awake when it kicks on. If it comes on while we're watching TV we have to blast the volume. Maintenance came to take a look after we complained and said it was normal. A secondary company came to take a look, acknowledged how loud it was, and unfortunately also could do nothing to soften it. If you have a piece of furniture wider than 39 inches it WILL NOT fit inside the apartmen

My family and I toured Crofton Village Apartments and had an excellent experience with Clinton, the leasing officer. He was welcoming, professional, and very knowledgeable. Clinton took the time to answer all our questions and made the whole tour enjoyable. Thanks to him, Crofton Village is definitely on our list to consider Highly recommend asking for him if you visit!

One of the best apartment complexes I’ve lived in. The walls and floors are solid and do not transmit noise. The staff of attentive and friendly. The neighborhood is great. Everything you need is conveniently located within walking distance. The common spaces are cleaned daily. You get everything you pay for here and so much more. If I didn’t have to move I definitely wouldn’t. Shout out to Nina, thanks for just getting it done and making it happen. This place is definitely worth your consideration.

I forgot his name (maintenance guy), but the young man is very respectful. He took off his shoes in our home. And he also put everything back in its place, and made sure to clean up after himself.
