Our experience with this property management company has been deeply disappointing. After move out, items are unfairly flagged for charge that are completely beyond tenant control such as a landscaper for “excessive leaves” in the yard—even though they were raked thoroughly two days before move-out. There’s a massive tree in the front yard that constantly drops leaves in the fall, something the owner chooses not to maintain. Also for leaves in the gutters, which had been cleaned at move-out but again, the tree is a problem in the fall with constant dropping of leaves. A landscaper could come today & the leaves would be back the next day. This is common sense to understand and an egregious attempt to keep deposit money. I lived here for over a year in a rental. Never had problems with getting any issues taken care of when I told the agents about it. Most of the staff is prior military so they are really easy to work with and understanding when things like random orders come up (speaking from experience). Would 100% recommend to anyone moving to the area to rent from this group.

I rented with CRI for two years while i was stationed in Jacksonville and they were the best renting experience I've have in my ten years of renting. All of their staff members were very friendly and accommodating. Any service request we had were completed within 24 hours. Our water heater started leaking on a Monday and by Tuesday morning the entire unit was replaced. It was truly a great renting experience and i would recommend CRI to all of my friends and family.
