Crestview Apartments

This is a fair price apartment complex with extremely helpful staff. I have not lived at a place with nicer staff in both the leasing office and the maintenance team. My unit is nice, spacious, and clean. I would recommend this apartment complex for anyone in St Charles. Also a special shout-out to Dawn, the leasing manager for being so helpful while I lived there.

Lived here for almost 4 years. Definitely and older complex and somethings may be a little worn down. However, if you do have issues there maintenance responds quickly and fixes it correctly. The issues are very far and few between. They are flexible if you don’t pay rent on the exact date and will give grace periods. All you have to do is call and talk to them: highly recommend this place for any first time people living on their own. Also their pest control is amazing. Hardly dealt with any bugs. If I did, they would handle it immediately!

The esthetic may look nice, but don't let it fool you. The amount of problems I have had the last four years is astounding. The last year has been the worst. My AC has got out 4 times in a year. Twice in the cold weather and twice in the warm/hot weather. I had water coming through my bedroom wall and got the floor soaked. I mentioned it, maintenance came and vacuumed the rotted tac straps and sprained bleach to prevent mold (which I'm not even sure of that works). I asked for the carpet to be replaced along with the padding underneath at the office. That didn't happen. I'm constantly having plumbing issues ever few months. I moved from out of state last year to Crestview. The lady in the office was a huge help. I have been overall pleased with the apartment and really like the location. I can walk to restaurants and the riverfront which is nice.

We rent a one bedroom lower level apartment and have been here for 9 months. Although an older complex, the unit itself is fine. Management is top notch and quick when I have had small issues. We are commuters and love the location to Historic District and Katy Trail. It is unbelievably quiet here and the wildlife out our back door is fun to watch. The laundry room is down a flight of stairs (there is an elevator) and it is sufficient for occasional needs. Overall they take good care of the property.
