CrestHaus Apartments

Since Alder Creek have taken over I would recommend these apartments for anyone looking to live in the Crestview/Brentwood area. It’s a good and affordable step to get to where you’re going if you haven’t found your forever home yet. Hoping Alder Creek continues to make improvements to the complex! Update: 1/24/25 New management Alder Creek have taken over the property from G&B property management, and so far so good. Haven’t had any issues, dumpster have been maintained, and no more issues with payments. We still struggle with pest, but sometimes that can’t be helped due to others in the complex. As long as we spray once a week don’t see any. Still no mailboxes. It would be nice to have the laundry room updated, spend a lot of money having to go to the laundry mat because there’s only 2

Update 3/27/25: My initial review was based on the PREVIOUS property management: G&B Property. Since the new management has taken over Noemi from Alder Creek has made living here A LOT more manageable. She was immediate to get pest providers, while pest still remains an issue it has significantly improved. While I'm not renewing my lease, the new property management has tremendously improved my experience. The price for a 2 bedroom and location for these apartments are really good for the area! You'll now have a property management that's here to listen and fix any issues you have quickly. Bumping up my score. --- Absolute nightmare of a property management. I've been living here for a short time, and I'm really impressed with the improvements since the new management took over. The apartments are great and I haven't had any issues with pests, which is a big plus. The grounds are well maintained, with someone working every day to keep everything tidy. I really enjoy the space and the community here!

“Excited to Move In!” I’ve recently been looking for a new place, and I have to say—my experience with the current management has been amazing so far! They’ve been super responsive, helpful, and professional throughout the application process. You can tell they really care about improving the property and making sure residents are happy. I was a little hesitant after reading older reviews, but it’s clear that there’s been a big change with the new management in place. The place is looking so much better. I’m excited to move in soon !
