I recently rented an apartment in Shriver Square! Kim and Jen both went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly! They were friendly, knowledgeable, and always responded the very same day to any questions I had! I love my new loft with Cresten!

This place was not my first choice, but the long approval process with another company because I am from out of state (over a week) ultimately pushed me to finding this place. Kim B had my documentation processed in less than 24 hours and had me approved and the lease process secured quickly. She sent me all the info I need to get all utilities set up (in detail) and even helped get my boys set up with their lease after a snag. She has gone above and beyond and I am beyond thankful that I stumbled into her hands in this process. She took so much stress off me for a relocation several states away. I cannot sing her praises loud enough. Not to mention a call from the manager to reassure that everything was good to go! Sometimes things don't go as smooth as we want, and that's okay. B

I moved into The Altitude about a month ago. I wanted to wait a little bit of time to leave a review. Karen is great as is Brian the maintenance guy. Karen has gone out of her way to make sure everything is right. The move in special didn’t happen the first month as it was supposed to so she made sure that my December rent was taken care of, and I didn’t have to pay it. All of my maintenance issues have been taken care of straight away also. I love the gym and the theater room and the ability to reserve The community room. Also, they have a Starbucks machine in the lobby, which is free.We threw my mom a surprise 90th birthday party in the room last weekend and everything went off without a hitch. Cresten Property Management is honestly the worst company I’ve ever rented from. I signed a 16-month lease at The Brixx Villas but left after only 8 months because it was so bad. When I moved into my “brand new” unit, there were over 10+ maintenance issues right away, and most were looked over or never fixed. The property was filthy, management ignored complaints, and dogs barked nonstop day and night. There was open drug use and even a shooting on the property. Safety clearly wasn’t a priority. They charged monthly fees like an $11 “Tenant Admin Fee,” $8 “Tax Adjustment Fee,” and $15 “Common Area Maintenance” fee.
