UPDATE 07.22.24 Trish Sanderson will not allow me to act as a proxy for a homeowner even if that homeowner signs a document giving me authority and the document is notarized. The residents want to follow the money and she’s making it difficult. Our by laws say 7 day notice, but guess what! She is unavailable that day. Pictures added. UPDATE 07.18.24: Trish Sanderson has now taken it upon herself to sensor me on our neighborhood association page. That's right. You disagree and voice grievances... she will silence you. She also expects our residents to drive 2.5 hours to come to her office during normal business hours to view receipts and bank statements that she has refused to give us for years. These are things an HOA management company is supposed to provide. UPDATE 07.17.24: Apparently
