Hi, I also lived here when Penny was Property/Office Manger from September 2020 to September 2021 & she was indeed Awesome!!! Till I feel the Company made a big Mistake by letting her go!!! From Recent Reviews so Glad that I Left there when she did!!! Good Luck dealing with New Management, thinking that you are going to need it, LOL!!!

I am so happy to call this lil spot on one of many beautiful mountains in West Virginia my home. Penny, the office manager, is a very kind soul. She's a sharp professional knowledgeable property manager. The handicap apartment I rent is absolutely perfect for for my special needs.

I was a resident at bolivar for a few years and for the most part they were great! The appartments are decent size for the rent, and Penny was a good appartment manager! Downsides to living here was that my unit had multiple different problems. So many times I had problems regarding the unit and I would get a response from the 2 new managers (Penny left and was replaced by 2 other ladies) saying that Maitnence would take a look at it, and at times I would go months without maintnence showing up. Another issue is the pest control! Every 3 months there would be pest control, and if you were not ready when the time came or if you missed a month the new managers gave a snarky attitude as if they were better than you...they just had that attitude all around when it came to it.
