We under new management and I do not care for how they do things, they put notes on your door with everyone's name on it that lives in the house, no envelope no privacy and the notes will sometimes fly off the door so other people will know your address your children's names everyone in the household and your business. This has to be a privacy issue. Also they keep waiting to come into your apartment an not give you a full 24 hour true notice which is against the law and renters rights. The manger is some timey she can be nice and rude at other times. They raised the rent twice in a year and now they making you pay renter insurance and you paid a deposit as well. This is not a rich neighborhood. The maintenance man is skep also. They need new management already if you ask me.

children running in the parking lot, climbing on townhomes being unsupervised by parents and the trash, not being in the garbage cans . The townhomes are nice I been here since February it’s been three property managers , my downstairs toilet loose (yes the whole toliet) no ac after being told I would. Under the sink in the kitchen and bathroom is dirty/moldy I don’t have a dog but it’s dog poop in my yard

I’ll put in an application a couple months ago and I’ve been calling every since then to check on the status of my application don’t get no answer. No one will not call me back and I don’t know what else to do.

Idk how anyone lives here. Months of calling emailing and driving to the office and everytime no answer. For months. I finally gave up.

Since my husband and I submitted our application until today, we have not received a response.
