My wife, Ashley and I LOVE Crescent Pointe because it's a friendly and welcoming HOME to individuals, couples and families from near and far!!! It's a destination in North Charleston, SC and a launching pad, rich with opportunities for neighbors to positively connect with each other and the community. The Onsite Staff genuinely care for the community and are committed to making Crescent Pointe one of the best places to live for everyone!!! My wife and I love meeting and growing together with our neighbors throughout the week and @ monthly planned community events!!! This place is overly priced. They only have one maintenance guy who can’t even keep up with the property by himself. The animal disposal bens outside all over the property are all full with Feces to the top and they only have one trash compactor that’s always full and trash everywhere.It’s full every other day just like pics shown. This place is going downhill very fast. We have a 3 bd room and looking to break our lease very soon.

During my time at Crescent Pointe Apartments, I experienced several ongoing issues that significantly impacted my living experience. On my very first day, an individual attempted to break into my vehicle. Additionally, I personally witnessed multiple residents having to contact authorities after their cars were broken into overnight. Throughout my one-year lease, several packages were stolen, and it appears this issue is widespread. The communal mail area has been a major concern, with people frequently taking packages without consequence. Despite notifying the staff about these incidents, no effective action was taken to address the problem. The trash situation is another ongoing issue. Please do not move into this Appartments. The girl named Maria is one of the unprofessional people I have personally met. They are scam and all they need is money. They charged us almost 6k after we gave our two months notice. Going through old reviews I have realized that they do this to almost all of their tenants that move out. Save yourself some time and go somewhere else. The whole complex is a party and smell like straigh trash during summer. Maintance takes weeks to fix a loose screw on a door. The property manager do not care about your needs as far as she gets a lil money and rent. I PROMISE you, it is not worth here. The prices are not worth it. Run and do not look back!!!!!!!!!!!! if you need to be in debt please move here then.
