Lived here for less than a year before terminating my lease. Management did nothing to help me with awful neighbors, surprise they knew the tenants personally, and even had others come speak on my behalf because it became a safety issue. Ac would break, oven broke, and laundry was expensive and ruined some of my clothes with bleach - nice layout but not worth it for the price and limited amenities

I've lived here for 5 years. Some of these reviews are completely unfair. You can't control your neighbors, And whenever I've had a problem management was quick to address noise concerns. The place is filled with young professionals, and the few college kids I have seen are quite respectful. Any apartment if you have somebody living above you, you are more than likely going to hear them. Do you know how to solve that? Rent an apartment on the top floor. Walls are nice and thick You do not hear your neighbors between them. I absolutely love this area, And I'm not easy to keep happy.

One of the worst places I have lived. Maintenance was in no rush to fix anything ( a/c was broken in 90 plus degree weather and they gave us one extra unit and said “good luck” essentially, shower was stopped up for days despite draino and had to shower at planet fitness until they fixed it). Management and maintenance really did the bare minimum. Do not live here, please save your money and go somewhere else.
