Cresap Knolls Apartments

The new management is absolutely horrible. The previous owners kept the place up and responded to maintenance requests well. With change of ownership to Everest the place has gone down hill. They got rid of the cleaning service so there is trash and dirt everywhere: in the steps, in the laundry rooms, on the carpeted common areas - nothing has been cleaned since the old owners. That’s months of dirt and trash. There is no way to contact property management, and Andrea is not helpful at all. Despite snow clearing being a part of the lease, they do no clear snow. The walkways are supposed to be accessible, but I was unable to leave with my wheelchair because they refused to clear the walkways, which is quite literally illegal. I contacted Andrea about this 3 weeks after the storm, and still
