Creekview Apartments

I lived at Creekview for a year and a half. Moving here was the WORST decision of my life. READ YOUR LEASE THOROUGHLY. IT IS SHADY. The reason I was forced to move out was because a maintenance man who trespassed into my apartment UNANNOUNCED while I was getting dressed. My dog defended me in response to his violation. I was then FORCED to move in an unreasonable amount of time (24 hours) and I was still forced to put in a 2 month notice, pay rent for those months, and broken lease fees, totaling more than $4,000. Roxana Gonzales, the apartment manager disregarded legal protocol and any wrong doing by her employee. She is vindictive, incompetent, and manipulative. I lived here for quite sometime! In the beginning, management was really GREAT! But then Roxanna came and things went left. The lack of communication heightened and she was unaware of how to treat any resident. There were many times when the hot water wasn't working and residents were not aware of any issues. The complex as a whole is reasonably priced in a convenient area but it can be a bit noisy. I didn't have any problems with break-ins, but I had an issue with my neighbor who smoked heavily. I did bring it to the leasing office twice about the issue, but it had gotten worse. There aren't many amenities on property. These apartments are always spotless! I never see any trash or dog waste around the property. Whenever I’ve needed maintenance, they’ve been quick to respond and fix things right away. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, and I’m glad they finally got the gate working again. Overall, they’re always on top of everything and keep the community looking great.

The overall experience has been excellent. I have lived in several properties near this area and by far Creekview Apartments has been the cleanest, the most organized, and the most responsive to any work order that I have requested. The office staff It’s always available to help. I love my apartment and the location. OK

Hi, I have lived here at Creekview Apartments for over six months and I couldn’t be happier. It is very clean and quiet. The apartments are spacious and very well-made. I love it and I have lived in different buildings in the area and none of them compared to this one every place might have an issue or two, but I have not had one here yet. The management team and maintenance team are wonderful if there’s an issue, they respond right away. If something isn’t working they work very hard to get it fixed. I feel very safe and comfortable here. I love the location. It’s very close to my Job and everything else I need I recommend this place to everyone I know.
