Creekside Village

I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment complex. The community is clean, quiet and well-maintained, which really makes it feel like home management is responsive and helpful. Whenever an issue comes up and maintenance request are handled quickly and professionally. Overall, it’s a comfortable and welcoming place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anybody looking for a new apartment

I like the surroundings of the place. There is a park nearby called Hayward Park where you can go play basketball and have a picnic. The people are really nice here. I love the layout of the apartment where you have your own hook up for your own washer and dryer. The maintenance are really kind and friendly. We have a nice manager Summer that works here, and she does a great job. The neighbors are kind too. They help you if you need help. We have a place to put a garbage, and there is a laundry room here for people that need it which is nice. The wildlife is nice here and the felines catch mice. People here like animals. Also I would like to see if we could get a place to plant flower somewhere behind where we live. I was wondering if we could get a recycling for the cans and stuff so main

I have lived in a first floor apartment for over a year now and I gotta say best apartment I've lived in. They were really fast (with in an hour) at replacing my water heater when it went out 3 days after move in. (Not their fault) they have always been on top of maintenance requests. Summer has been a big help with concerns around the property. Both Mark and Richard have gone above and beyond when something have come up maintenance wise. If you want a friendly community with amazing staff this is definitely the place it go!

I’m very new at Creekside Village I just moved in on Jan 10 th but so far I’ve had a great experience with the property manager Summer, and once I get settled in and organized I think I’m really going to enjoy my apt and living here. 😁

I've been here about 5 years and I have met some really good people here i have no problems with neighbors nor management. From my personal experience this is a good place to live
