Creekside Oaks Apartments

The first photo is gravel, walkway, or driveway to Smith’s so if you want to avoid the busy roads, you have very easy access to Smith’s and it’s wonderful. The second photo is the apartment next to us. They have a small dog run area and from other tenants in Creekside Oaks I’ve heard you can take your dog over there and they don’t complain, but my little guy likes to run the fence with the dogs and the Creekside Oaks side is not fenced in. That is something that I wish they would do is bring some type of Dog run or play area for the dogs because it is a very dog friendly community. The rest of the pictures have to be one of my favorite things about this complex. I've been living in this luxury apartment complex since October 2016. The process to get a lease signed and locked in was very quick and easy. As there is no office for these apartment homes I was able to see the unit I would be moving it to - without the staging and fluff. Everything was very straightforward and the staff is very good here! Especially since I can pay rent online - minus a small surcharge fee no matter the payment method.

Beautiful grounds and amazing location with the Layton Temple going up across the street someday. Nicely done layout with large living space and quality cabinets and granite counters. You can tell it’s well taken care of. The staff seems really responsive.

Creekside Oaks Apartments are amazing, and they are “luxury”. You won’t find any apartments better priced. These ones were the most affordable and the biggest, and best looking that I could find. They are very clean, brand new appliances, and very spacious, with high ceilings and amazing square footage. I loved the privacy and kind people. Creekside has a certain vibe that you adapt to that no other apartments I’ve lived in have. Beautiful view and very friendly, if your interested talk to Michele she really cares about the residents, and does an amazing job. So I definitely give 5 stars all around!!!!!

Lived here for the past 3 or so years. First 2+ years would be 5 stars. Problems arose the last year specifically with repairs getting fixed only to break the next day. Also we apparently had water damage in the roof directly over our kitchen table that we thought was just a stain until a big rain storm hit and our roof began leaking onto our furniture and table. Roof never got fixed in our time living there for the next 5-6 months leading to us moving out. Biggest issue so far is I could not get ahold of a single person for 3 weeks when it came time to start the move out process. Called their phone line 20+ times in the span of the 4 weeks. Emailed multiple contacts to hear nothing back. Sent tons of contact messages in their resident portal to once again hear nothing. I got lucky and fou
