Creekside Manor Apartments

Our son lived at Creekside for the 2022-2023 school year and had a fabulous experience! The property is secure, clean and very well maintained. The manager, Todd, was always easy to reach, responded quickly to all of our questions and made the entire experience great from start to finish of our son's lease. Todd and the rest of the management team know how to relate well to the college kids living there with reasonable expectations all while maintaining a safe and fun environment. We HIGHLY recommend Creekside!

Creekside was a great experience to live at, the apartment was a good size to fit four people and has enough storage for everyone’s belongings. Getting maintenance was easy to access and they helped as soon as they could. Towards the end we were worried about the security deposit cause we heard people do not get the full deposit back. But we got our whole deposit back. Those who complain about not getting it back definitely had reasoning as to why, probably because they were disrespectful to the complex and caused damage.

Renters beware, this place only allows college students. I just graduated and the manager told me I wasn't welcome here. Went to the management company, offered to pay 6 months up front. At first they said wish we had more renters like you. Turned into my car got towed and I was forced out.

Wonderful community for your college students. Safe secluded and delightful to live here! The staff is extremely helpful and easy to work with during the lease term and move in/out periods. Staff was helpful in giving advice for a full deposit return! We would highly recommend Creekside Manor Apts.

Nice hidden away college apartments. Quite hidden at that, for those seeking a escape from the college apartment norm, right in the middle of everything.
