Great area, good apartment, even better management. Never had an issue with management, they were always prompt with maintenance and never gave us a hard time about anything.

Can we say horrible neighbors!!! I think we can. The only nice part about this place is the trail with the small water stream. Other than that. Uhhhhggg nightmare

Here's the deal. The apartments themselves and the location are great. However, be very very careful with this place. Not only is the lease agreement littered with highly illegal provisions (so illegal that other states nullify the entire lease just for including the terms), they are very sneaky about their fees and extremely intrusive with their policies. My dealings with Kim were limited, though she seems like a nice woman. The last property manager was a nightmare but no need to waste time on her anymore. If you aren't home to move your car during a snow storm, they will tow it. If you aren't home when they are changing out fire extinguishers, they will enter your home and change it themselves. If you park along the grass bc there's not nearly enough parking spots and don't want to walk

My wife and I lived there for two years. Last winter we had an unexplainable malfunction with our heating system that resulted in smoke in our apartment. At that time my wife and I just had a baby (<2months), we evacuated as soon as we smelled the smoke. Creekside, aka Sandra, put us up at a hotel for a few days while they repaired the heating system. Sandra was extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire ordeal. A few months later, I received a new job offer that took us out of the state. We had to leave the apartment before our lease terminated. Sandra worked with us by pushing to find a new tenant as quickly as possible before the lease terminated. She found someone and we were able to get a significant portion of our rent back, since the tenant moved in before our lease end

Great apartment complex in a beautiful location. Management and maintenance crew are responsive and easy to work with. Construction fairly new and good quality. Minutes from lots of shopping and dining, but you wouldn't know it since it is surrounded by woods and situated right on the creek. Great area for walks and there is a nice wooded park right next door.
