Creekside Clearing Apartments

Definitely don’t recommend renting out these apartments, yes they are nice but not for how expensive they are. We have been for almost 6 months and all we have is problem after problem, since day one we have had problems back to back and they definitely don’t take anything in a timely manner! One of the office lady is super nice and is always so very helpful, kind, definitely makes everything a little better, but the other office ladies is not so nice nor is she respectful, doesn’t value the people. They also don’t care about the Vehicle policy, we could say there’s an abandoned vehicle and they say no it’s not even though it’s been there since we’ve moved and has not moved, and the tires are going flat. Very unhappy here! Would gives zero stars if I could!

Affordable; Great Staff; Good location; Family friendly. My fiancee and I moved in about 3 months ago, now. We have had only positive experiences here. The new management is great. Zeta Roman is the sweetest apartment manager ever. Any time we went to see her for paperwork or dropping off rent, we'll chat for like 30 minutes. She is very friendly and easy to get along with. The maintenance guy (I feel so bad, I forgot his name) is also very sweet. I let Zeta know any time I may have a small issue and the maintenance guy is very quick to help get it fixed. Our previous apartment (in Florida) was smaller and more expensive, so I do not understand why people are complaining. The pricing is VERY reasonable. I have two pets (smaller, in cages) and am not charged like crazy like most other apar

Our maintenance man, Johnathan Palmer, is quick to respond and clear with communication about the steps he's taking to resolve our issues. My AC went out and after the contractor replaced it was still giving issues. Johnathan came out within hours of my request late on a Friday and saw that my weekend wasn't spent in the heat. 5 star service. Excellent job.

The application process was easy enough. Discounts and promotions were enticing. Unfortunately communication seems to be lacking; I was told by the leasing agent that it seemed I was conditionally approved based on my credit and income, and not 20 minutes later I received a denial based on those very factors. I will be contacting consumer protection to see if I have options. If 150 dollars is a lot for you, maybe consider somewhere else bc there is no guarantee of honesty from the leasing agents and now I'm out that money. The tour was great. The updates they are making are nice. And my previous experience with this management company was good enough. This is the second issue I've had with that leasing agent, but the first time was her previous employer. Overall if you have no other option

I just had to share my amazing experience living at Creekside Clearing! They've been super helpful and understanding, even when we've had to be late with our payments. They offer different lease terms, which is a huge plus. And let me tell you about the upgrades they've made since we moved in! The pool furniture has been replaced and improved, a dog park has been added (so cute!), and a 24-hour gym has been installed for those late-night workouts. Plus, they've updated everything in each apartment, making them modern and comfortable. I couldn't be happier with my living situation here. Highly recommend checking them out! 🌟🏢
