I’m thinking of relocating to charlotte. I haven’t done a tour due to my busy schedule, But Evelyn in the office was such a delight!! She made me feel at ease like I was talking to a Friend! She was so informative!! She was able to inform me of all the amenities and the plus of relocating to Creekside Canopy complex! Made my decision very easy. Thank you so much!!

Here for another review about my time here on a separate email. I wouldn’t trust this management office to really put forth the time and effort they really should be putting forth into making sure that your living space is up to par because when I moved in my microwave was broken after being told that the apartment was “move in ready”. And the make matters worse when I went to the office the next day to put in a complaint because I would like to heat up my leftovers, I get told by the new maintenance man on his second day on the job that the real estate company fired the entire management staff and would have to wait a week to talk to somebody. Now imagine that’s your first impression the day after you move in on what your experience in this complex is going to be like. Truly abysmal. But

I want to give a shout out to the agents that worked with me Mr. Ortega and his Colleague for helping me acquire my apartment. They’re hard-working. Dedication is definitely to be admired. Also another special shout out to the property manager, Mrs. Hirer she is an outstanding Poppy manager who keeps things short and to the point, a real dedicated business woman. The process is a bit thorough, but it is worth it in the end and I truly do enjoy being in my new apartment. I’m a new tenant. I just recently moved in recently, and I must say that the service here is pretty decent and above what I imagined.

Do not live here. I have been in these apartments for 5 years. It has gone through more ownership and management changes than I can count. It seems that every time the companies get worse and less accommodating. You can't access the staff via email or phone. They are rarely in the office during office hours or they are having a "meeting" and can't be bothered. You might as well do your own maintenance and pest control because putting in a work order is such a chore on its own, if they even come. My lease is up in a few months and I'm running for the hills. I know the rent seems reasonable but it's because you really are getting what you pay for. Old apartments, with no functional upgrades, cramped quarters, neighbors with bad kids who destroy everything, maintenance that don't do maintenan

If you are looking for an apartment to rent, then Creekside Canopy should be the last place on your list. So far down that living in a different city would come before living here. I am a resident here that is very unhappy with the management of my apartment. And no matter how many work requests I repeatedly put in to fix the SAME problems that should’ve been fixed before I moved in last AUGUST, I keep getting told to just put in another request by the leasing office just for them to mark my request as completed knowing good and well they haven’t done anything. So if constantly trying to get them to fix the problems isn’t getting them to move their feet then I’ll just post on here until they do or my lease is over.
