Creekside At Macon Apartments

If I could give zero stars I would! This place is a slum and they have the audacity to go up on the rent every year. They want $800 to live in this BS and won’t fix anything. My daughter rent was $600 when she first moved in and within 2 years her rent has went up by $200 just because they feel the need to. She complained about her roof leaking when it rains leaving her carpet soaked, the tub peeling paint and they choose to ignore her requests but yet they want to go up on her rent. Her lease was renewed in September of last year and now she’s pretty much threatened to sign it by July or else $350 in fees will be added to her rent each month which will be $1150. She have been trying to get clarity of why her rent keep going up and the manager only tells her that they can go up by $50 ever

they don’t fix anything even when you put a work order in. my stove was falling apart and had one eye that worked. put in a work order and never heard anything back. my hot water heater busted and flooded my living room. i was told my floor would be professionally cleaned but it never was. they are never in the office. they love to send out letters saying things are gonna change and with new “rules” nothing was ever done about the many problems there. but they will make sure you know rent is due. all they want is their money and don’t wanna do anything for you. 10/10 do not recommend.

False advertising as far as look and condition of apartments. Staff is terrible, she do more fashion shows in the parking lot than work. Tenants argue with her about this very thing and she takes advantage of her position. Property owner refuse to invest in her own property but collect rent faithfully.

if i could post ZERO stars i would. This apt complex allowed some girl, whom ive never met in my life, to lease a unit with me being a co-signer despite me never physically visiting their leasing office. I was told by the collection agency that the complex allowed her to do this because she was pregnant and claimed i was the father and allowed her to sign up. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE.

I would not recommend anyone to live here !!!!! They are infested with MILLIONS of ROACHES!!!! they were even in my refrigerator . They do not fix anything ! There were gnats in my kitchen all the time , like something had die! .... they advertise central air& heat and that’s a lie...you will have window units!!!! PLEASE WHATEVER YOU DO; DO NOT move in these apartments!!!!!
