Creekside at Crabtree Apartments and Townhomes

I’ve lived at Creekside at Crabtree for two years and it has been an excellent experience. It is convenient and I feel safe outside the building and in the garage. I’ve only had pleasant interactions with the staff, Sakina in particular. Yes, you’ll like hear your neighbor. This is a reality of apartment living everywhere. The residents are very diverse which provides a nice sense of inclusivity. I would say tenants tend to skew younger, although there are some residents older than 60ish. Overall, this is an excellent choice for both the money and location.

Obviously I like the place. Creekside at Crabtree has been my home since 2017. The apartments here are modern and up to date, the neighborhood is great … right next to J Alexander’s and Crabtree Valley mall. If you need maintenance, they are on it very quickly. They also have some incredible long term staff like Sakina Cavazos who is incredible to work with, knows how to treat tenants and is a true asset to the community.

I lived in this community for about 3 years and enjoyed it genuinely for the most part. The staff were generally helpful and respectful and good at their jobs. When I moved out to move in with my husband, I cleaned my apartment top to bottom and left it in very good condition. I let one of the leasing associates know that there were still a couple of nail holes in the wall from artwork I’d hung and that I’d removed (but appropriately store and maintained) the slatted blinds. She assured me that that was totally fine in person while I was signing my move out paperwork. I have also never paid my rent late other than the very first month in 3 years residing here due to a mix up on the correct due date. Creekside is such a nice property! The amenities are great and the location is perfect! You’re not too far from Downtown, Cameron Village, and even Durham! And being right behind the mall is convenient for shopping and also lunch at the food court! They also have fun events for residents each month which allows you to socialize and meet your neighbors! Ask Kina to give you a tour, she’s awesome!

Recently I had a great experience with leasing agent, Sakina Cavazos. I had issues with the STRATIS app and couldn’t access my apartment. Sakina went above and beyond to get everything resolved quickly. Her responsiveness and genuine care was appreciated. She was very professional, patient and helpful. Thank you Sakina!
